Lead in developing the Email Marketing effort for The Royal Danish Theatre

As Email Marketing Specialist I was responsible for heading the implementation and setup of The Royal Danish Theatres new email marketing system with their CRM system, as well as the daily planning and execution of their collective email marketing effort.

I carried out the implementation through design and prototyping of email templates and campaigns, write-up of system specifications and development of a new email marketing strategy. Everything was informed by data tracking and analysis of daily email campaigns, that I was also responsible for planning, segmenting (both B2C and B2B) and executing.

The result was a significant increase in ticket purchase through email marketing and a more personalised and customer-focused email marketing effort.
